Stickers China | Terms of Service

By accessing any page on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Personal data.

In consideration of your use of the service, you agree to provide true accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service’s registration form or similar query.

2. Quotations.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

3. Prices.

All pricing is stated in USD and is based on information given at the time of the most recent quotation for a specific stickers order. We may have to modify the quoted price to adjust for any necessary

changes that arise after receipt of your purchase order but will confirm all changes with you before proceeding. All general or special taxes, duties, fees, freight and insurance costs and any other

charges of any nature whatsoever, imposed on, in connection with or measured by any transaction between Seller and the Buyer shall be paid by the Buyer in addition to the prices quoted or

invoiced.

4. Payment Terms.

We accept Cash, T/T(Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union Business Solutions) , PayPal(Credit Card), Western Union, Money Gram or Unistream etc.

5. Lead Time.

Normally we will take around 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation on artwork. Depending upon orders in our plant and the quantity of your order, we would let you know when you place the

order.

6. Delivery.

DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex, Worldwide Delivery, 3-7 Days, Door to Door. By Air. 3-5 days. By Sea, 25-30 days. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If

we have shipped the order as expected, we cannot be responsible for delayed delivery due to a common carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT etc.) not meeting their delivery promise.

7. Rush Delivery.

May be available based on scheduling and material requirements. An up-charge may or may not apply. Please discuss these options with us.

8. Drop Shipping.

We are happy to drop ship orders in your name or someone else’s.

9. Split Shipments.

We can split ship an order for you, either on 2 or more different dates and/or to 2 or more different locations. Please contact us for the cost first. Unless a blanket order is in place, all shipments must

ship within 15 calendar days of the original order date.

10. Order Approval.

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Stickers China is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Misspelling Errors, Punctuation Errors, Grammar Errors, Graphics Orientation or Placement, Incorrect Fonts Usage, Wrong Die cuts or slits, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size.

11. Order Cancellation.

Once Seller has either accepted a Purchase Order or begun activities to satisfy a Purchase Order, the Purchase Order cannot be canceled, terminated, or modified by Purchaser in whole or part except

with Seller’s consent in writing and then only upon terms and conditions to be agreed upon.

12. Artwork.

All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK format. Stickers China is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color

modes. Stickers China is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

13. Under/Over Run.

Over-runs or under-runs will not exceed the percentage specified in the contract. Stickers China will bill for actual quantity delivered within this tolerance, that is 10% over or under. If you require a

guaranteed quantity, the percentage of tolerance must be stated on your purchase order.

14. Returns.

For printing color there is a 10% allowance on colour variation, as well as 3% allowance on quantities due to errors in any production process. This will not deem as grounds for requesting for a

reprint. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. Note for reprints, no changes on reprint item, Stickers China will bear all the cost. Customer must notify Stickers China within 5

business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product.

15. Samples.

We may use your product for samples or advertising purposes, unless notified in writing of its inability to do so. Any usage of the product for samples or advertising purposes prior to the receipt of the

written notice will be deemed as acceptable. If you don’t want us sharing your sticker samples please tell us when placing the order.

16. Copyrights and Trademarks.

Please note that we cannot print any registered trademarks without written permission from the trademark owner. The customer warrants that are have the right to produce the subject matter to be

printed, duplicated or distributed. If the subject matter is copyrighted, the customer warrants that it owns the copyright or has express permission of the owner to reproduce the copyrighted subject

matter, and that it has not removed any copyright notice from any material to be reproduced without written permission. You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that

are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via Stickers China.

17. Taxes & Duties.

All taxes, duties shall be paid by Buyer.
